The facilities:

The bedrooms are as well as being laid out. A bedroom with two-bedroom, en suite bathroom with bath and two bedrooms with two single beds.
In the spacious living room there is a TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is nicely decorated and fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate room with a washing machine.

On the ground floor is a spacious garden with private swimming pool with sunbeds and a covered terrace with dining table. In addition to the swimming pool is also a built-in barbecue.

You can park directly in front of the villa. On foot you can reach the village of Lakka in about 15 minutes. However, the road is quite hilly and therefore we recommend using a rental car or moped. The villa has free WIFI. The bedding and towels are exchanged twice a week.

The owner of the villa lives on the ground floor which is accessible via a separate entrance and separate parking at the back of the villa. The owner does not use facilities of the villa and will have very little present as she runs a restaurant in Lakka. Therefore, your privacy is guaranteed.
